V. Complete Packaging Process
Step 1: Automatic Bag Feeding
Take bags from the bag storage warehouse, complete centering and positioning, forward conveying, bag mouth positioning and pre-opening. The manipulator blade inserts into the bag mouth, and air grippers clamp both sides to finish bag feeding.
Step 2: Servo Screw Metering and Filling
The bag clamping and discharging device fixes the bag mouth. The servo-driven screw rotates for feeding, with closed-loop real-time weighing feedback. It stops automatically after reaching the preset weight through fast feeding and fine feeding. Meanwhile, auxiliary degassing or negative pressure dust collection is activated to discharge air entrained in materials.
Step 3: Automatic Heat Sealing and Sewing
The bag holding and pushing device transports finished bags to the sewing station. The bag mouth guiding device arranges and aligns the bag mouth, and automatically completes heat sealing and stitching.
Step 4: Conveying and Automatic Palletizing
Sealed heavy bags are conveyed to the palletizer via conveyor belt, and automatically stacked on pallets according to preset stacking patterns with no manual intervention throughout the whole process, realizing closed-loop operation of the whole production line.
