IV. Full-process Automated Packaging Process

Step 1 — Automatic Feeding

Materials are conveyed to the metering hopper via vacuum feeder or storage bin to realize stable feeding according to granular or powdery material characteristics.

Step 2 — Bag Making and Filling

The packaging film is folded into bag shape on the former, and the cup metering device performs precise filling according to the preset weight of 1-100g, with automatic adjustment according to different material specific gravity.

Step 3 — Sealing and Bag Cutting

The bag body is conveyed to the sealing station. The heat sealing knife completes three-side sealing (customizable four-side sealing, back sealing and other bag types) and presses mesh or decorative sealing patterns. The cutter cuts according to the set bag width, with optional flat cutter, serrated cutter or rounded corner cutter.

Step 4 — Coding and Output

Finished packaging bags are output via the conveyor belt, while the linked date coder / inkjet printer prints production date, batch number and other information online. A weight detector can be installed to weigh each bag and reject unqualified products.

Step 5 — Bag Arranging and Sorting

Qualified bags after weight detection enter the automatic bag arranging device, arranged in groups according to preset quantity such as 10 or 20 bags per group, with the arranging speed linked and matched with the discharging speed of the main packaging machine.

Step 6 — Robot Palletizing

Grouped packaging bags are conveyed to the robot palletizing station through the conveying line. The palletizing system automatically stacks finished products on pallets according to set layers and arrangement modes, and conveys the whole pallet to the finished product temporary storage area or directly connects with delivery procedures after stacking is completed.

So far, the full-process automatic closed loop from material feeding, roll film bag making, material filling, sealing and cutting, coding output to final palletizing and warehousing is fully completed.
