Automatic feeding and bottom-filling: Materials enter the transparent material box. Operators set the packaging weight (adjustable from 5 to 25 kilograms) on the touch screen, and the equipment automatically completes bag clamping, bottom filling and precise metering.
External vacuum pumping and heat sealing: Filled packaging bags are sent to the external vacuum station. An air extraction nozzle is inserted into the bag to remove air, followed by heat sealing. The double-sided heating sealing design ensures good sealing even if powder adheres to the bag mouth.
