The MCJBP-2000SS zinc oxide bulk bag packaging machine adopts gross weight weighing and metering, with the bulk bag fully suspended on the weighing platform. The whole machine consists of six modules: feeding device, weighing platform, lifting mechanism, bag hanging-releasing / bag clamping device, air inflation / return air dust removal pipeline and steel frame structure.
Feeding Device: Double-screw structure matched with variable frequency speed regulation. A cut-off butterfly valve is installed at the outlet of the single arc feeding gate to prevent residual materials from falling and affecting precision and polluting the environment. The specially designed pneumatic shifting fork mechanism continuously breaks arches, effectively solving the bridging problem of powders such as zinc oxide in the feeding area and ensuring continuous and stable feeding.
Weighing Platform: Equipped with high-precision and impact-resistant weighing sensors matched with special force transmission connecting mechanisms, with overload limit function to ensure 100% transmission of bag weight to sensors without lateral force interference and excellent automatic reset performance.
Lifting Mechanism: Fixed on the weighing platform and composed of air cylinders and guide mechanisms. Double-screw Quantitative Filling: The system performs coarse feeding and fine feeding according to set parameters. The lifting mechanism vibrates and compacts materials timely during filling.
Bag Dropping and Automatic Bag Releasing: After weighing, heavy bags are lowered to the ground or pallets with steady bag bottom landing. The bag loosening mechanism automatically opens the bag mouth and unhooks slings synchronously.
