The MCZD-25F automatic feed additive packaging machine pursues outstanding metering performance, and prevents product quality deterioration in every detail of material circulation. The feeding system of the unit adopts vertical screw feeding, and the single screw is driven by a servo motor. For materials with different bulk densities such as fish meal, peptide enzymes, lactose and high-protein whey powder, stepless speed regulation feeding is realized by adjusting the screw speed and filling coefficient.

The bag loading system of the equipment consists of a bag storage bin, bag picking and sorting device, bag loading manipulator, bag clamping and discharging device, bag pushing device, bag mouth guiding device and vacuum system. In terms of bag mouth treatment, the equipment adopts an original linkage design of bag mouth guiding and dust removal: when the filling rod exits the bag mouth, the negative pressure dust removal device automatically starts to suck away powder adhered to the sealing area of the bag mouth, ensuring that air tightness will not decrease due to clamped powder during heat sealing and stitching.

After filling, the bag mouth clamping device flattens the bag mouth, then the heating block fuses the inner layer of the bag mouth, followed by knurling rollers to press lines to enhance tensile strength, and finally the stitching head carries out mechanical stitching reinforcement.
