I. Technical Principle: Why Bottom-filling Filling Can Solve Dust and Precision Simultaneously

In traditional top-filling equipment, materials fall from a high position to the bag bottom with a drop height of more than half a meter on average, and fine powder diffuses and flies during falling. The MC-DLLB-100L extends the filling pipe directly to the bottom of the packaging bag, and materials are filled from the bottom while the bag rises synchronously with the increase of materials. This structure minimizes the material drop height and physically inhibits dust escape. Meanwhile, the pneumatic bag clamping device and bracket are integrally installed on the weighing sensor to perceive the real-time weight change inside the bag, matched with two-speed filling logic: fast feeding in the early stage to nearly reach the target value, and slow fine supplement in the later stage to the set weight, stably controlling the packaging accuracy of 5~25 kilograms within the range of ±0.1~0.5%.

II. Model Selection and Core Configuration

This model is applicable to powder and small granular materials with good or poor fluidity, and has obvious adaptive advantages for uneven density, dust-prone and high-value-added powder. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel structure, and the combined or open transparent material box can be disassembled and cleaned without tools. IV. Analysis of Full-process Packaging Operation (From Feeding to Palletizing)

A complete powder packaging line is connected by multiple processes: Feeding → Mixing → Lifting → Automatic Bag Loading → Bottom-filling Filling → Heat Sealing & Stitching → Weight Inspection → Metal Detection → Palletizing.

Operators or automatic feeding systems send raw materials into the mixer. After full stirring, materials are delivered to the silo of the packaging machine by the elevator. The automatic bag loading device (or manual bag sleeving) sleeves empty bags onto the bag clamp and clamps tightly, then the filling nozzle extends into the bag bottom to start filling. The weighing sensor dynamically monitors weight changes and stops filling when the preset value is reached. The bag clamp releases, and the material bag is conveyed to the sealing station. Heat sealing or stitching is selected according to bag materials to complete sealing. Afterwards, finished bags pass through the checkweigher and metal detector in sequence to eliminate unqualified products with out-of-tolerance weight or foreign matters. Finally, the fully automatic palletizing robot neatly stacks qualified bags layer by layer on pallets according to the preset stacking pattern. The whole production line realizes continuous operation from bulk material feeding to neat palletizing.
