The operation process of the whole packaging line covers all steps including bag taking, bag sleeving, filling, sealing, inspection and palletizing. During operation, the manipulator takes empty packaging bags from the bag storage bin, sends them to the bag loading station after centering positioning. Bag mouths are pre-opened by vacuum suckers, then clamped on both sides by pneumatic grippers, and the whole bags are sleeved onto the discharging port by the bag loading manipulator. After successful bag sleeving, the vertical single screw rotates to feed materials according to preset weight. Materials fall into packaging bags from the hopper, and the drop distance is corrected in real time by precision weighing sensors to guarantee accurate weight of each bag. After filling completion, the bag pushing device moves filled bags away from the filling station. The ultrasonic sealing machine completes integrated heat sealing and bag sewing. Then finished bags are delivered to the weight detector via belt conveyor for re-inspection to conform to factory standards.
