V. Process Details

  • Manual Bag Hanging: The operator hangs the straps of the empty jumbo bag on four hooks, sleeves the bag mouth over the discharging pipe, and presses the start button; the clamping device automatically clamps the bag mouth tightly.
  • Automatic Lifting: The lifting mechanism rises to the preset filling height to ensure the bag is fully unfolded during material falling.
  • Fast Feeding: The double-screw feeding mechanism operates at high speed to complete 90% of material filling, and the dust removal system starts simultaneously to suppress dust overflow.
  • Precise Slow Feeding: When approaching the target weight, frequency conversion speed regulation switches to slow feeding to ensure the final accuracy.
  • Lifting Compaction: During filling, the lifting mechanism vibrates the bag up and down 2-3 times to make the material compact and uniform.
  • Automatic Unhooking: After weighing is completed, the clamping device loosens, the straps are automatically unhooked, the heavy bag drops to the pallet and is conveyed out by the conveying line.
