The Marchi MCJBP‑1000CS carbon‑steel ton‑bag packaging machine is a semi‑automatic ton‑bag packaging machine adopting the gross‑weight weighing and metering method. The flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) is hung on the weighing platform for rapid material filling. The whole machine mainly consists of feeding device, weighing platform, lifting mechanism, bag‑hanging‑and‑releasing / bag‑clamping device, air‑inflation / air‑return‑and‑vent pipelines and steel structural frame. It is compatible with multiple granular materials such as quartz sand, ore granules, plastic pellets, fertiliser granules, inorganic‑salt granules, carbon‑black granules, sand‑stone aggregates, new‑energy granular raw materials, grain granules, chemical granules and mineral‑powder granules. In operation, empty‑bag slings can be hung manually and the bag mouth is pneumatically clamped. After packaging completion, the filled heavy bag drops, the bag mouth is automatically loosened and slings are automatically unhooked, compatible with FIBCs of various specifications. The main body of the whole machine adopts carbon‑steel structure with sufficient overall strength and rigidity to ensure stable operation of the weighing platform. Parts in contact with materials are made of 316L material, suitable for packaging working conditions of partial granular and powder materials requiring corrosion resistance.
