The complete technological process is as follows:Feeding, Mixing and Lifting – Materials enter the system via the feeding port, are evenly stirred by mixing equipment, and delivered to the auger metering system through a lifting device.
Auger Metering – The weigher adopts vertical single-screw feeding. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor and rotates precisely for feeding according to control signals. Weighing sensors and weighing controllers process signals in real time and output weight data.
Automatic Bag Loading – The unit consists of a bag storage bin, bag picking and sorting device, bag loading manipulator, bag clamping and discharging device, bag pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system and control system. The system picks bags from the bag storage bin, and completes bag centering positioning, forward conveying, bag mouth positioning and pre-opening in sequence. The cutter of the bag loading manipulator inserts into the bag mouth, and pneumatic grippers on both sides clamp the bag mouth to finish bag loading.
