The milk powder quantitative weighing packaging machine adopts bottom-up filling technology. Materials are filled from the bottom of packaging bags during filling with low drop height and zero dust emission. It can effectively restrain dust escape and avoid material delamination or breakage caused by excessive material drop height.

It features an all-stainless steel structure. The combined or open transparent hopper can be easily disassembled and cleaned without tools to meet food-grade hygiene standards. Adopting a highly automated process design, the MC-DLLB-100L milk powder quantitative weighing packaging machine realizes full-chain closed-loop operation from empty bags to finished packaged products. The complete technological process is as follows:Feeding, Mixing and Lifting – Materials enter the system via the feeding port, are evenly stirred by mixing equipment, and delivered to the auger metering system through a lifting device.

Auger Metering – The weigher adopts vertical single-screw feeding. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor and rotates precisely for feeding according to control signals. Weighing sensors and weighing controllers process signals in real time and output weight data.

Automatic Bag Loading – The unit consists of a bag storage bin, bag picking and sorting device, bag loading manipulator, bag clamping and discharging device, bag pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system and control system. The system picks bags from the bag storage bin, and completes bag centering positioning, forward conveying, bag mouth positioning and pre-opening in sequence. The cutter of the bag loading manipulator inserts into the bag mouth, and pneumatic grippers on both sides clamp the bag mouth to finish bag loading.

Automatic Filling – Bottom-up filling technology is adopted to fill materials from the bag bottom with low drop height for effective dust control. The pneumatic bag clamping device cooperates with the bracket to automatically complete fast and slow filling according to preset weights.

Heat Sealing and Bag Sewing – After filling, the machine automatically performs heat sealing or bag sewing operations.

Weight Inspection and Metal Detection – Sealed finished bags pass through weight inspection to eliminate non-conforming products, followed by metal detection to guarantee product safety.

Automatic Palletizing – Qualified finished bags after inspection are transported by the conveying system to the palletizing station, and neatly stacked on pallets by robots or automatic palletizing devices in preset arrangements, completing the full-process automated operation from packaging to warehousing.
