The MC-DLLB-100L soymilk powder auger packaging machine can run independently or form a fully automatic packaging production line together with upstream and downstream equipment. The complete packaging workflow is: Feeding → Mixing → Lifting → Packaging (metering & filling) → Sealing & Stitching → Checkweigher → Metal Detection → Palletizing. In the packaging stage, the machine automatically completes all procedures including metering, filling, bag forming, sealing, coding and counting. After packaging, products go through sealing and stitching, re-inspection via checkweigher and foreign object screening by metal detector, before being conveyed to the palletizing zone for automatic stacking.
