Complete Packaging Process
The operation flow of MCZD-25F covers the complete chain from bag picking to finished product output, with specific steps as follows:
Automatic bag picking and sorting: The equipment automatically takes packaging bags from the bag storage bin, and completes centering and positioning of bags through the bag picking and sorting device.
Bag mouth pretreatment: Bags are conveyed forward to the bag mouth positioning station for pre-opening operation to prepare for subsequent bag loading.
Manipulator bag loading: The cutter of the bag loading manipulator is accurately inserted into the bag mouth, and pneumatic grippers on both sides clamp the two sides of the bag mouth to complete fast and stable bag loading.
Precise filling: After the bag clamping and discharging device is in place, the vertical screw rotates to feed materials according to control signals, and the weighing system monitors the weight in real time to ensure consistent metering of each bag.
Vacuum & Nitrogen Flush (Optional):For easily oxidized materials, oxygen inside the bags can be extracted after filling, and then high-purity nitrogen is filled to effectively delay product oxidation and deterioration.
Heat sealing: The bag pushing device cooperates with the bag mouth guiding device to complete heat sealing and stitching with neat and firm sealing.
