Complete Packaging Process
After feeding, mixing and lifting, materials are accurately metered by the vertical screw weigher. The MC5000D automatically forms bags and fills materials, followed by sealing, coding and counting. Optional weight inspection and metal detection are available. Afterwards, products are delivered to case erectors, automatic case packers and case sealers. Finally, the robotic palletizing system neatly stacks finished cartons on pallets, realizing fully automatic operation from powder feeding to pallet outbound delivery.
