Core Equipment Advantages

The MCZD-25F adopts vertical single-screw feeding. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor and rotates precisely for feeding according to control signals. Weighing sensors and weighing controllers collaboratively process signals, output weight data in real time and perform feedback regulation, ensuring the packaging accuracy of each bag is stably maintained at ≤±0.1%~0.2%. The equipment integrates dual functions of vacuum pumping and nitrogen displacement. After filling, air inside the bag is extracted first, followed by injection of food-grade nitrogen with purity no less than 99.5%. The inert property of nitrogen isolates oxygen, effectively delaying fat oxidation and microbial growth, and preserving the nutrition and flavor of milk powder.

The equipment realizes fully automatic operation: bags are automatically picked from the bag storage bin, followed by centering positioning, conveying, bag mouth positioning and pre-opening. The cutter of the bag loading manipulator cooperates with pneumatic grippers on both sides to complete bag loading, and then filling, heat sealing and stitching operations are carried out. The whole machine consists of a bag storage bin, bag picking and sorting device, bag loading manipulator, bag clamping and discharging device, bag pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system and control system. All units operate coordinately and stably, with a packaging speed of 1.5~2 bags per minute. The equipment is constructed from 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning, supports non-standard customization, and comes with a one-year warranty and lifelong maintenance.

Fully Automatic Packaging Process

The complete workflow of the whole production line is as follows: Feeding → Mixing → Lifting → Screw Metering → Automatic Packaging → Sealing and Stitching → Weight Inspection → Metal Detection → Robotic Palletizing → Warehousing. Materials are lifted into the screw feeding system for precise metering driven by a servo motor; the equipment automatically picks, opens and loads bags; vacuum pumping and nitrogen flushing are carried out after filling, followed immediately by heat sealing and stitching; finished products pass weight re-inspection and metal detection to eliminate unqualified items. Finally, fully automatic palletizing robots neatly stack products according to preset programs and send them to the warehouse. The whole process requires no manual intervention.
