Equipment Introduction:
The electronic packaging scale adopts a gross weighing method. The jumbo bag is suspended on the weighing platform, enabling fast material filling into the bag.
Mainly includes:1) Feeding device;2) Weighing platform;3) Lifting mechanism;4) Bag hanging–release / bag clamping device;5) Inflation / exhaust and dust removal pipeline;6) Steel structure frame;
Feeding Device:
Adopts a dual-screw feeding structure, relying on material gravity for feeding. The feeding flow rate is set through variable frequency speed control, making it easy to control and independently adjust. A shut-off butterfly valve is installed at the outlet of the single arc-shaped feeding gate to enhance controlled material discharge, preventing residual material from falling and affecting packaging accuracy, as well as reducing environmental pollution caused by material spillage. The professionally designed pneumatic fork mechanism effectively prevents powder arching and bridging in the feeding area, further ensuring stable feeding.
Weighing Platform:
The weighing platform uses load cells with high comprehensive accuracy, long-term stability, and impact resistance, combined with a dedicated force-transmission connection mechanism. It features multiple functions such as overload protection and limit positioning, ensuring that 100% of the bag weight is accurately transferred to the load cells without generating any additional force in other directions, thus providing excellent mechanical self-reset performance.
Lifting Mechanism:
Mounted on the weighing platform. It mainly includes a cylinder lifting mechanism and four guide mechanisms. According to actual filling conditions, the bag being weighed can be lifted and lowered several times at certain moments to achieve optimal filling results. After weighing is completed, the filled bag is lowered to the ground or onto a pallet, changing the bag from a suspended state to a bottom-supported state, which facilitates automatic bag mouth release and automatic lifting loop unhooking.
Bag Hanging–Release / Bag Clamping Device:
The bag hanging–release / bag clamping device is fixed to the bottom of the lifting cylinder and applies force to the weighing platform. The entire device can adapt to bag size variations with a nominal volume of 1200–1400L. It supports manual hanging of lifting loops during empty bag loading, pneumatic clamping of the bag mouth, and automatic release of the bag mouth and automatic unhooking of lifting loops when the filled bag is discharged.
Features:
Adopts a stainless steel structure with sufficient strength and rigidity to support the entire weighing platform of the packaging scale. Parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel.
