Equipment Overview:

1. Automatic Packaging Machine: Capable of automatic weighing, automatic bag loading, automatic filling, and automatic heat sealing and packaging in one process, without the need for manual operation. It saves manpower and reduces long-term costs. It can also work with other supporting equipment to complete a full production line operation.

2. The Weigher uses a vertical screw feeder, consisting of a single screw. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor to ensure both speed and accuracy of dosing. During operation, the screw rotates to feed according to control signals; the weighing sensor and controller process the weight signals and output weight display and control signals.

3. This machine unit is composed of a bag storage unit, bag picking and arranging device, bag loading manipulator, bag clamping and feeding device, bag pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system, and control system. It works by taking a bag from the storage, centering the bag, moving it forward, positioning the bag mouth, pre-opening the bag, having the bag-loading manipulator insert knives into the bag mouth, while two side air grippers hold both sides of the bag mouth, and finally loading the bag.
