Equipment Introduction：

1.Automatic packaging machine capable of automatic weighing, bag feeding, filling, and heat sealing in one integrated operation, requiring no manual intervention. Saves labor resources and reduces long-term costs. It can also work with other supporting equipment to complete a full production line.

2.The weighing machine uses vertical screw feeding, consisting of a single screw. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor to ensure feeding speed and measurement accuracy. During operation, the screw rotates to feed material according to control signals; the weight sensor and weighing controller process the weighing signals and output weight display and control signals.

3.The machine set consists of a bag magazine, bag picking and aligning device, bag-feeding manipulator, bag clamping and feeding device, bag-holding pushing device, bag-mouth guiding device, vacuum system, and control system. The process involves picking a bag from the magazine, centering the bag, pushing it forward, positioning the bag mouth, pre-opening the bag, inserting the manipulator blade into the bag mouth, clamping both sides with pneumatic grippers, and finally completing the bag feeding.
