Equipment Introduction:

I. Filling Lance Design:

Adopts top-down filling method, suitable for liquids with low foaming. Features patented inner-plug filling lance design, starting filling 3-5cm below the drum opening. One-touch operation for safety, convenience, speed, and leak-free performance.

II. Filling Lance Swing Arm Mechanism:

The filling lance, ball valve assembly, and flow piping form an integrated unit. It moves forward/backward and left/right (with manual assistance) via linear guide rails and a rotary base. A pneumatic cylinder enables automatic lifting/lowering of the lance. The swing arm includes a braking device. The operator controls the brake via a button: brake releases during lance movement and automatically engages when the button is released at rest.

III. Weighing Platform Design:

Double-layer weighing platform constructed from welded 100mm*50mm square tubes. SUS304 weighing pan. Height from weighing surface to ground: 320±20mm.

IV. Operating Process:

1.Power on, select recipe (200L drums or IBC tote) -> Forklift places pallet (with four 200L drums) or tote onto weighing platform.

2.When "200L * 4 drums" recipe is selected: Operate the lance handle, press brake release button and quickly align lance left/right, forward/backward -> Release brake release button, lance locks firmly in place -> Press Start button -> Lance automatically inserts 3~5cm below drum opening, empty drum weight is automatically tared -> Lance and ball valve automatically open to begin filling.

3.Three-stage precision filling (fast, slow, dribble) -> Target weight reached -> Lance automatically closes and retracts above drum (Move lance to next drum, repeat above steps until all four 200L drums are filled).

4.Manual capping, forklift removes filled drums.

When "IBC tote" recipe is selected: Operate the lance handle to position lance at center of weighing platform (no manual alignment needed). Lance automatically inserts 3~5cm below tote opening, empty tote is automatically tared, lance and ball valve automatically open to begin filling. Three-stage precision filling (fast, slow, dribble), target weight reached, lance automatically closes and retracts. After manual capping, forklift removes filled tote.
