Equipment Description:

The packaging machine is an automated device that can automatically complete bag pulling, bag making, filling, metering, sealing, bag cutting, counting, hot-stamping batch numbers, and product output during the packaging process.

Imported PLC control system, Chinese and English color touch screen display. Simply set the required parameters (filling volume, bag length, etc.) in the displayable setting unit to achieve the optimal packaging effect.

Stepper motor control. This system features high precision; bag length can be changed simply by adjusting parameters. It is photoelectrically controlled with accuracy and can achieve complete trademark patterns.

The overall machine frame is made of stainless steel, with a finely processed surface that is smooth, easy to clean, and suitable for disinfection treatment.

Parts in contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements. Relevant components are modularly designed for easy disassembly, assembly, and strong versatility.
