Feeding Device:

The feeding device features a dual-screw feeding structure that relies on the weight of the material for feeding. It allows easy control and independent adjustment of the feeding flow rate through variable frequency speed regulation. A butterfly valve is added at the single arc-shaped feeding door outlet to enhance controlled material output, preventing residual materials from dropping and affecting the packaging accuracy and environmental pollution. The specially designed pneumatic fork mechanism effectively prevents powder material from arching in the feeding area, further ensuring stable feeding.

Weighing Platform:

The weighing platform uses high-precision, long-term stability, and impact-resistant weighing sensors, complemented by a dedicated force transmission connection mechanism. It features multiple functions such as overload protection and limit stops, ensuring that 100% of the bag weight is transmitted to the weighing sensor without generating any directional forces, resulting in excellent mechanical auto-reset performance.

Lifting Mechanism:

The lifting mechanism is fixed on the weighing platform and includes a cylinder lift mechanism and four guiding mechanisms. Depending on the actual filling situation, the bag can be lifted and lowered several times during weighing to ensure optimal filling results. Once weighing is complete, the heavy bag is lowered to the ground or onto a pallet, changing the bag's upper suspended state to a bottom-supported state, facilitating the automatic release of the bag opening and the automatic disengagement of the lifting strap.

Bag Hanging/Unloading/Gripping Device:

The bag hanging/unloading/gripping device is fixed at the bottom of the cylinder of the lifting mechanism and exerts force on the weighing platform. The entire device can adapt to changes in the size of packaging bags with a nominal volume of 1200 to 1400 liters. It features manual suspension of the lifting strap for empty bags, pneumatic clamping of the bag opening, and automatic release of the bag opening and disengagement of the lifting strap when the heavy bag is dropped.
