Equipment Features：
This is a standard carton automatic forming and bottom sealing machine, driven by a cylinder-based forming mechanism, and the forming speed varies with the size of the cartons.
It supports both inline integration and standalone operation, and can complete the full process of carton suction, forming, bottom folding and bottom sealing in one go.
It is equipped with dual alarm functions for tape shortage and empty carton shortage.
It adopts a vertical carton storage structure, allowing for on-demand replenishment of empty cartons without stopping the machine.
It is suitable for batch processing of cartons of the same specification in the same period, and manual adjustment is required when switching between different specifications.
The standard machine table height is 650mm.
A detailed list of specific carton dimensions is required for model selection. Special proportion cartons such as narrow-long, short-tall and short-wide types are not covered by the standard machine range, and customization is available.
